A classy combination comes to the Square!
Bramhall Village Square is delighted to welcome Blanc de Blancs. Due to open early September, the wine shop – which also incorporates a stylish bar area, promises to be a fabulous addition to the Square and we can’t wait for a glass or two to celebrate!
Blanc de Blancs is the brainchild of independent wine merchants Alex Buxton and Emma Bailie. “The front section of the premises will be our wine shop” explains Emma, “where you can pop in and pick up a bottle, or get recommendations to suit you. We’re incorporating a bar, seating and stylish private booth to hire, for those who want to enjoy a glass or two and some nibbles with friends”.
The pair already run a highly successful wine shop and bar in the pretty market town of Garstang, Lancashire where they won Town Centre Business of the Year. “I stumbled across Bramhall a few years ago”, Alex says, “and thought it was wonderful to have such a village feel so close to the city centre. So when we were ready to commit to a second location, Bramhall was top of the list.”
Blanc de Blancs is a classic style of champagne made from just the white grape Chardonnay. The business will bring a classy combination of wine shop and wine bar to Bramhall, focussing on champagne, fine wine, gin and whisky.
Emma finishes “It will be our pleasure to cater for those who, like us, enjoy the finer things in life”.
Blanc de Blancs will be well worth a visit!
