Worker Bee Markets, Stockport’s only local handmade markets are bringing their unique buzz to Bramhall Village Square monthly throughout 2026.
Worker Bee Markets will be in the Village Square on the second Saturday of every month in 2026 (except June). Each event will be packed with local makers, talented traders and lots of activities to keep the whole family happy. Events are themed throughout the year.
What makes Worker Bee Markets extra special is the traders! At least a third of the makers are hyper-local, from Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Poynton, Cheadle Hulme, Heald Green and Cheadle. As a business, Worker Bee Markets encourage, nurture and give a platform to these locals to showcase their talents and help their creativity blossom. And every single one has been hand-picked for their talent, their friendliness and their creative flair meaning you’ll get the best hand-crafted, quality, affordable products.
Set in the heart of Bramhall, the Village Square is a pedestrianised shopping centre with lots of independent shops and eateries. They’ll all be open too so you can make a day of it, supporting local businesses and keeping your money in your community.

The next event in Bramhall Village Square will be an International Food & Craft Event on Saturday 11 April (19am-3pm). The event together lots of food and craft makers in one place. Alongside Indian and Scandinavian cuisine, expect British bakes, American sweet treats and chilli jams. Plus there are many permanent eateries on site, serving Turkish, Indian, Mediterranean and British flavours.
There are hand-picked crafters too, selling their unique gifts, jewellery, crochet and knitting, fresh and faux flowers and lots of pocket money gifts as well as books, art, locally distilled gin and much more.
Bring the family for free crafting, kids’ games and activities for all, as well as the popular play area right in the centre of the pedestrianised Village Square.
Events going forward include a a Homes & Gardens Market on 11 July.
