We’re delighted to share that Bramhall Wellness Day will be coming to The Village Square by M on Friday 12th September from 10am, in partnership with Worker Bee Markets.
This special community event will celebrate wellness in all its forms, bringing together local businesses, wellbeing experts and independent traders for a day dedicated to helping you feel your best.
Visitors can look forward to discovering ways to support their health and wellbeing, with opportunities to explore exercise, nutrition, self-care, mindfulness and family-friendly activities throughout the village.
Plans for the day include free fitness taster sessions, wellbeing advice, wellness treatments, mindful activities, children’s crafts, health screenings and interactive experiences led by local businesses and professionals. Visitors will also be able to browse a range of wellness-themed products, gifts and treats while learning more about services available within the local community.
Alongside the wellbeing activities, Worker Bee Markets will be hosting a market filled with carefully selected independent makers, creators and food producers, offering everything from handmade gifts and homeware to delicious foodie treats.
Whether you’re looking to discover a new hobby, focus on your wellbeing, support local businesses or simply enjoy a great day out in the village, Bramhall Wellness Day promises something for everyone!
